Toxic Report, LLC. Watertown, MA received the internationally recognized ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation on November 21, 2012, validating the expert technical competence and quality management systems in place at the Toxic Report laboratory.

ISO/IEC 17025:2005 is an international standard that assesses the technical competency of laboratories and helps to ensure accurate data generation, controlled test, methods and procedures, and properly trained personnel.
The certification was awarded by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board, and covers every aspect of laboratory management, including sample preparation, analytical testing proficiency, report generation and record keeping. It confirms that Toxic Report testing at the Watertown laboratory meets or exceeds the international ISO 17025 standards and guidelines set by the International Organization for Standardization.
